Multiplayer, Vietnam expansion and Specact kit i cant play / redeem because the serial key. you will need contact steam support and wait they send a serial key. The EA Support you need to wait 14 days to wait they enter in contact you through email. PS: until today, UT3 BE i dont receveid a steam cd key. so i dont have high hopes on support.

So I recently received Bad Company 2 on steam and when ever I try to play on a multiplayer server I get a pop up to enter my product key. The things… Try going on their website (Battlefield Emulator - Play Battlefield Bad Company 2 Online!) and opening the ports mentioned there. Also, try to delete your 'BFBC2' folder in documents, that should help. If it still doesn't work, it's most likely a server side issue, wait a day or two and it should be okay. I had similar issues. .
